- Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room and a total of 4 persons per guest room.
- All rates subject to applicable taxes. Hawaii State General Excise Tax, currently 4.16% is applicable to gross room rates and porterage fees (groups only). In addition, a Transient Accommodation Tax of 7.25% will be applicable to gross room rates.
- Family Plan-No charge for children under 18 when occupying the same room as adult(s), and using existing bedding. Cribs are available on a request basis at no charge.
- Non-Smoking rooms available on request.
- Physically-Challenged Adapted rooms available on request.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 12 noon.
- Rates listed do not include daily parking fee of $15.00 for self or valet parking.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
- A two-night deposit will be taken 14 days after booking.
- Reservations made inside of 14 days to arrival - a two-night deposit will be taken 7 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made inside of 7 days to arrival - a two-night, non-refundable deposit will be taken.
- Special Conditions during designated holiday periods (December 26th to January 3rd) - a 3 night non-refundable deposit will be taken 60 days prior to arrival for all reservations that have dates during the holiday period in addition to the 2 night deposit taken 14 days after booking.
- Hotel also accepts the following credit cards for deposit: American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, VISA, MasterCard and JCB.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Two-nights penalty if cancelled inside of 7 days to arrival
- Two-nights penalty for all no shows
- Five-nights penalty during designated holiday period if cancelled/no show occurs inside 60 days to arrival (December 26th to January 3rd)
