Bookings and Payment Policy
Wedding reservations are made in the order in which they are received. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an event, and will be applied to the final billing. A full estimated pre-payment is due (14) days prior to the event. All Wedding Packages are subject to a 4.16% state tax. The Luxury Wedding Package is available January 4 through December 19 inclusive. All functions held on the following observed holidays are subject to additional labor fee: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Cancellation Policy
The $1,000.00 initial deposit is non-refundable. Should your agreement be terminated for any reason other than Acts of God, the initial deposit shall remain non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be billed as liquidated damages. Payment for liquidated damages due as a result of cancellation of your agreement shall be made at the time of cancellation.
